Ford and Lincoln AXZD-Plan Program FAQs

  1. How does the Partner Recognition program work?

    The program is based on the use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in conjunction with the last 4 digits of the eligible participants' Social Security Number. This information authorizes the participant to obtain a discount on eligible new Ford Motor Company or Lincoln Motor Company vehicles. For further details, please visit https://www.fordpartner.com/

  2. Who is eligible? Proof of Eligibility.

    Active employees (salaried, hourly and contract), retirees, members of organizations and their households who reside within the U.S. You will be required to show proof of employment or membership by an organization or company eligible for Partner Recognition benefits at the time you take delivery of your vehicle. See our X-Plan Eligibility section for details. Driver's licenses' will be required for proof of residence for the Partner Company employee and household member.

    Employment - Any one of the following: a pay stub, company ID badge, healthcare card or W-2, print out from https://www.theworknumber.com or a valid member card.

    Member Organization - Customer must be a member of eligible organization for a minimum of 90 days prior to the sale date of the vehicle. One of the following are accepted: Membership Card, Invoice showing customer is within good standing and is current, or Screen print of Website ( Must show full name and member since information).

  3. How do employees/members participate?

    Each time you wish to participate in the program you will need to obtain an approval prior to the purchase. For each approval you will need to generate a new Personal Identification Number (PIN). To request a PIN, go to the "Generate a PIN" tab from the Ford Partner website at https://www.fordpartner.com/

  4. How many vehicles may I obtain through the Partner Recognition Program?

    Eligible employees (salaried, hourly and contract), retirees and household members may generate two (2) PINs per year to be used toward the purchase or lease of an eligible new vehicle. PINs are active for a period of not more than 12 months from the date of PIN generation.

  5. How long is a PIN valid?

    PINs remain active for 12 months from the date of issue.

  6. How can I obtain my PIN if I forget or misplace it?

    You can obtain a PIN, which was previously generated, by visiting https://www.fordpartner.com/ and clicking on PINs and then PIN History. You will need to provide your name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for verification. The Ford or Lincoln version of the site will display all your PINs regardless of whether they were applied to a Ford or Lincoln vehicle purchase or lease.

  7. Once I receive my PIN, how do I procure a vehicle and obtain the program discount?

    Provide the dealer with your PIN and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. The dealer can confirm with this data that you are an eligible program participant.

    You will be required to provide appropriate "proof of identity” and sponsors “proof of employment” to the dealer before completing the sale.

  8. What vehicles are eligible for the program?

    For a list of eligible vehicles, go to the Vehicles and Pricing tab. All Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company vehicles are generally eligible with the exception of a select few models that are listed in the "ineligible vehicles" section of the https://www.fordpartner.com/ web site.

  9. Can I obtain a vehicle for my business or for another person?

    Yes. You may extend your Partner Recognition privileges to your spouse or any member of your household (requires driver's license verification). Additionally, you may purchase the vehicle in the name of a business owned by you, your spouse or household member.

  10. Are any other items covered through the program?

    No. Dealer installed options, conversion packages, extended warranties, accessories, etc., are not covered by the program and must be agreed upon between you and the dealer.

  11. Am I eligible for other incentives?

    Yes, for most. Partner Recognition participants are eligible for most public incentives. There are some offers that are not compatible with this offer. Your dealer can best determine which incentives you are eligible for.

  12. Is selecting “Country” after entering your Partner Code still a requirement on fordpartner.com?

    X-Plan Partner Codes will always be associated with the company address you provide within our system. This means selecting “Country” is required after typing in your code on https://www.fordpartner.com/ Starting in March 2023, X-Plan Partner Codes are associated with company addresses in the X-Plan system. If your Partner Code was originally enrolled with your US company address, your Partner Code is eligible for an X-Plan PIN generated from the US address.

  13. Can you add a subsidiary to your current partnership?

    Unfortunately, we cannot add subsidiaries. Each partner company needs to have their own partner code, which is associated with the company address you provide, and a valid contact for audits. All requests must be sponsored by a Ford Employee. Please reach out to your Ford contact to enroll your company into the program.
